Diary # 3 (The offer)
Today was a bit…. surprising when I least expected 😳; earlier as I was carrying on making medicine as well as organizing it to each section, Lord Townson stop by my pharmacy. I must admit, I was shocked that he came to my pharmacy but a bit skeptical on why he’s here part of me thought that he was just requesting some medicine for upcoming flu season which I wouldn’t mind making; however, that wasn’t the case
They wanted to talk to me about what has took place yesterday involving how I handled the two Monstrous fairies, there are days like this I seem to forget that he can see everything from the distance 😗. I quickly apologized for what happened because I assumed he wasn’t pleased with what I’ve done though that wasn’t the case at all. Instead of being angry, they let me off with a warning & was very understanding that I had to protect myself as well as very intrigued by my powers; I explained how I was told that I’m a gifted azizan, how my necklace protected me from wreaking havoc due to not being able to control it and how I was able to use some of my powers, even though I’m protected. They were invested by my story and ask how far I live for my pharmacy. My cottage home was not that far from the pharmacy and the Townson manor for me; I told Townson it was just a flight away from me in a joking manner, he chuckled a bit. then he gave me an offer of becoming a degenerate along with living in the Townson manor. On one hand, it’s an exciting offer because I get to read books & help make medicine with other nonhuman doctors. On the other hand, when it comes to fighting the enemy, my fear is being unable to control my powers, especially under these circumstances 🤔
Townson could tell that I was hesitant and worried through empathy; he then offered to have someone helping me control it. He also gave me motivation on being different, and how his manor accepts everyone. And so I accepted his offer of becoming a degenerate and living in the townson manor. I did let him know about getting everything from my now old home however, he insisted on having Algernon and his servants moving my belongings; I didn’t mind as long as they’re careful with them because they are valuable One less thing to worry about am I right? 😅
Anyways, I’m currently sitting in my own room feeling nervous to meet everyone fearing that I might make a wrong impression, hopefully it all goes well tomorrow 😥🧚🏾♀️
