Vampires

As I finish staring in awe at the sight of big the manor is I take my things with me and enter the first empty room I see and set my stuff up and as I am doing so I hear a knock on the doorway and to my surprise it's Jack standing in the doorway and I smile and say "Well if it isn't my brother Jack!" Giving him a big hug and backing up to look at him and he says "Well I am just as happy to see you too brother, I take it everyone here is greeting you as well?" I reply "They are but I do have to say that it is a change of life for me as I am sure everybody's transition is" As I look down at the floor remembering how I was normal as everyone in the human world can be but when I had to make a walk at night from home to a corner store and even though home was a block away I decided to take a detour and stumble into someone and get bit and in a blur wake up in this magical world, but as I remember all of this Jack says "Hey don't worry about what happened, here it's a fresh start in a new world but don't worry about the mark it's a badge of honor if anything" As he smiles saying this I smile back and give one more hug and step back to say "thanks for making me feel welcomed and I am glad it's you that I can live with" and he smiles and says "Your welcome brother and welcome across the veil!" and as he walks away and closes the door I finish setting up the room and lay down looking at the ceiling and think about how amazing this is going to be
