Delia isn't like other human. She was born with unique abilities like;

She was called human wanderer because how she behaved and acted. Being able to move around using portals and not staying in one place.
Fun fact: She never learned how to create a portal for her ownself or even whenever she wants. They just show up. The places she dreams is where the portals usually takes her.
