Victoria Hammond - A Curious and Confused Mortal

My name is Victoria and I am from a town called Spirit Lake just on the other side of the haunted veil. I study vampires and I'm trying to figure out why they have returned to where I live. The veil hasn't been opened in 300 years or so and now people have gone missing. Where I live, the people are scared and not accepting of vampires returning, as they have a bad reputation. But now that many have made themselves known, I want to know more about them and my town's history with them. So I decided to use the coffee shop, The Midnight Roast, where I work and turn it into a secret vampire hangout where they can socialize and feed on willing human donors. Consent is a MUST! So any humans are welcome too. Unfortunately, I have been faced with backlash by other humans and my coffee shop has been destroyed and I have to face every day with people yelling "Fang Enabler!" at me. So I'm considering moving into the Manor of Mystery so I can continue my research in a much safer environment while running the shop on the side. Funny how a world with scary monsters is much more of a safer environment huh? That's what humans don't understand. Anyway, I hope we can be great friends and that I can learn more about you and your kind. Also, if anyone knows anything about decoding dreams I could really use help. There's a "mysterious dark stranger" that keeps appearing in my dreams and I can't figure out why. I also have a magic amulet that I can't seem to get rid of either.
